The Brazilian supermodel accessorised with a brown suede bag and a pair of tan slip-on shoes.
Clearly benefiting from the pregnancy glow, Gisele looked radiant with hardly any make-up on her complexion, and wore her balayage locks out in a natural style.
Joined by a friend, the pair perused the shops and Gisele appeared to have splurged a little as she toted two shopping bags.
During the outing the healthy model snacked on a nutritious apple.
It was first reported back in May that Gisele and her American football player husband Tom Brady, who also have a son Benjamin, two, were expecting another baby.
She was then spotted in Costa Rica in July, sporting a grey triangle bikini which highlighted her blooming figure, confirming the worst-kept secret.
Gisele, who grew up with five sisters, said previously that she would like to have a big family with Tom, who has three sisters.
'I'd be lying if I said no" to wanting a lot of kids,' she said in 2007.
And the couple certainly have plenty of room for an expanded brood, as the family recently completed work on a £20million, 22,000-square-foot mansion in Brentwood, California.
Gisele is still as in demand as ever in the fashion world and recently topped the The Forbes Rich List for the seventh year running.
She is said to have earned $45 million over the last year alone, with an estimated net worth of $250 million.
The busy model has won new contracts with Versace, Givenchy, the Bank of Brazil and Salvatore Ferragamo in 2012 alone.
