Perhaps her good mood was because of the award or maybe it was the newly rented home in Beverly Hills she is now staying at until her home is remodeled. According to ABC News on Wednesday the home is costing the actress $40,000 a month as she waits for her house to be redone.
While the monthly rent fee could be considered slightly high for such a small place, the views of the ocean might just make it worthwhile. The 6 bedroom home has views of the ocean from every room and that always brings up the value in the real estate market. Plus, there is a pool, spa and of course a gated community that allows the actress some space and privacy when not at work.
The entire home is said to have 6,500 square feet and is in one of the lush parts of the Beverly Hills community. While the inconvenience of not being at her home in Bel-Air sounds like a vacation while she waits, the construction at her home might take a few months so she can simply relax, watch the sunset over the Pacific ocean and enjoy time while the workers work.
