Mabel Pantaleon Missing, A budding New York actress who has appeared on “Dexter” and is said to have a history of manic-depressive disorder has been missing for four days after accosting her family and accusing them of being terrorists. Mabel Pantaleon, 31, vanished on Sunday after she was last seen at her Manhattan apartment on W. 157th Street. The woman’s mother told ABC News that her daughter was on medication but she believes the young actress stopped taking it.
“She was staying with me. She saw something on the Internet and got very upset, and she started saying a lot of weird things,” Sylvia Pantaleon told ABC News.
“She said, ‘I’m leaving from here, all of you are terrorists, you’re not my mother. I knew it wasn’t her,” Sylvia said.
Her mother said that Pantaleon, who was featured in a small role on the hit Showtime series “Dexter,” was drawn to acting and had moved to California. She soon came back to stay in her apartment for a year before moving to an apartment on 45th Street, her mother said. But Pantaleon had lost her apartment and recently began staying with her mother again.
