The best photos from September
Do not stop to admire the simple people who spend their time and resources to ensure that zapulit something flying in space, or at least try to achieve it. This seems to be genetically programmed in a man - the desire to get off the ground and carry it to the stars. Here you have another example: a few Americans, led by engineer Derek Deville took part in a competition of amateur aircraft Carmack Challenge and implemented successfully launched Qu8k (read as the name of the famous game Quake), which for 92 seconds, reached an altitude of 36,880 feet and, having been 8.5 minutes the air, landed safely. The maximum speed of 145-pound rocket, launched from launch pad in desert Black Rock (of Nevada) was equal to 3516 km / h.

It is unclear whether the project will take part in Derek Carmack competition - under the terms necessary to fix the location of the launch of GPS at altitudes above 30 000 meters, but, unfortunately, none of the four GPS-receivers that were installed on board, did not work normally.
Start and flying rockets were carefully removed the video, as a result of what has turned out here this wonderful film in all respects.
